If group work outs are your thing, our daytime and evening classes will be sure to get you feeling fitter and healthier in no time. Choose a high energy calorie burning class, or a yoga or pilates class which teach you
how to reduce stress and improve your flexibility. Then there's our strength and conditioning classes enable you to tone and sculpt your body.

Fitness Class Timetable

Aeroblast - A fusion of low and high intensity aerobics with elements of athletic, conditioning, dance and combat moves. Each track is a different style of choreography. It is available to all abilities and fitness levels as you can go at your own pace.

Pilates - The unique total body approach focuses on core strength, flexibility and overall muscle tone, creating and entirely new body with no weak links. Within 6 sessions you’ll feel, look and function better than you ever have before.

Body Sculpt - Hit every muscle in your body in this weights based class. Burn calories, tone up and strengthen your muscles as you work a different body part in each track.

Kettlercise - Back to basic training that works multiple muscle groups at the same time, achieving a whole body work out in one fast moving class – the best fat burner around!

Zumba – A unique blend of Latin inspired International music and easy to follow dance steps, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.

Super Circuits – All over body workout class with a total mix up of hi/low impact cardiovascular stations, with toning exercises makes this an excellent calorie burning class for all.

Rebound Circuits - A combination of cardio and weights exercises and mini trampolines! Burn those calories whilst having fun

Circuits Challenge – As Super circuits, but slightly more challenging!

Legs, Bums & Tums – A class designed to help you target those stubborn areas, with exercises to burn calories, raise your metabolism and tone your muscle.

Boxercise – The best stress buster around - Boxercise is an exercise class for women and men based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.
