Urban Rebounding – An intense and exciting low impact calorie burning class using mini trampolines to get you toned in this excellent cardio vascular workout.
Hi/Lo Aerobics – High and low impact moves mixed up for lots of options allowing exercisers to choose to jump high or just have a light bounce in their step. Packed with fun, funk and frolics.
