Personal Trainer Biographies

Personal Fitness Trainer - Tina
Tina has been a Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer since 2000. She has a keen interest in Core stability which improves posture and strengthens the back and deep abdominal muscles. As a qualified REPS level 3 advanced Instructor, Tina is passionate about encouraging women to develop muscular strength alongside their fitness activities.
Personal Trainer - Caroline
Caroline has been a Personal Trainer since she joined Foundation Fitness Club in 2002. She is a G.P. Referral Coach liaising with GP’s to help individuals with medical conditions. Caroline is also an advanced instructor level 3 with REPS, and has a keen interest in both sports specific and strength training.
Tom has recently graduated from St Mary’s University College with BSc Hons in Strength and Conditioning Science. Coupled with both practical and theoretical knowledge of training, he has also gained vast physiotherapy experience working alongside leading therapists in both hospitals and private settings. Tom has a keen interest in sports specific weight training, bodybuilding and the role of core stability within functional movement.
Personal Trainer - Nicola Nicola has been a group exercise instructor and Personal Trainer for 2 years. One of her favourite parts of the job is interacting with clients to help them reach their goals whether it’s peak fitness, fat loss, muscle tone or just improving self-confidence! Nicola enjoys taking clients to a peak level of fitness whilst watching their confidence grow. Nicola loves creating fun yet challenging exercises inspired from her Zumba classes to boot camp experiences. She has a keen interest in weight management, sports specific training and holds experience in training pre and post natal women.
Steve Steve has been a reps level 3 Personal Trainer for over a year now and has loved every minute. He gets a real buzz when he sees his clients develop and achieve their goals. Steve likes to set small, bite size targets that build up to the main goal. This means it always feels tough but is achievable and keeps the fun element going. Steve has a keen interest in training people towards a specific event, whether it’s a distance run or pre-season match fitness. He also loves to teach group fitness classes that range from high intensity cardio to muscle development. These include Kettlercise, Circuits, LBT and Indoor Cycling.
