Personal Trainer Biographies

Tina has been a Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer since 2000. She has a keen interest in Core stability which improves posture and strengthens the back and deep abdominal muscles. As a qualified REPS level 3 advanced Instructor, Tina is passionate about encouraging women to develop muscular strength alongside their fitness activities.
Beth has been a Group fitness Instructor since 2002 and has a passion for aerobics and high energy classes. She is a Personal Trainer and a REPS level 3 advanced instructor with a keen interest in exercise for weight loss and exercise nutrition.
Anthony has been a Personal Trainer since 2005, with many years experience in a wide range of competitive sports including rugby, hockey, tennis and martial arts. He specialises in functional and sports specific training for the individual who wants to improve their quality of life, and athletes who want to further their sport.
Caroline has been a Personal Trainer since she joined Foundation Fitness Club in 2002. She is a G.P. Referral Coach liaising with GP’s to help individuals with medical conditions. Caroline is also an advanced instructor level 3 with REPS, and has a keen interest in both sports specific and strength training.
